A self proclaimed global citizen, Frank has lived and worked in eight different countries throughout Asia, North America, and Europe while picking up three foreign languages along the way. Trailblazing an existence in these cultures has taught him one thing: break all the rules.
Trained in business, technology, and international business at Santa Clara University in California's Silicon Valley, Frank had built up a breadth of experience in business information systems while working at IBM, Hewlett Packard, and as a CRM architect at PeopleSoft.
Recognising the fall of on-premise software and spotting the potential growth of on-demand software internationally, Frank collected the best minds in his network of experts and founded Sofia Works, which is now Europe's leading provider of on-demand solutions.
Jonathan has worked in business leadership roles for the last 10 years, primarily focussed around re-engineering and growing technology orientated businesses. Prior to his role with Sofia Works, Jonathan has lead businesses operating across the UK, Europe and North America. Jonathan has a powerful ability to drive progress and with experience of transforming businesses within the new era of the on demand technology marketplace Jonathan is well placed to ensure that Sofia Works leads Europe in on demand solutions.
Prior to joining Sofia Works, Iqbal held the position of IT Development Director at Business Objects, the largest software vendor in France. Iqbal was responsible for delivering some of Europe’s most sophisticated IT business systems, and now brings that business systems acumen to Sofia Works France.
Stephen has worked in the Enterprise Software industry for 10 years as a technology consultant and solution architect. Prior to his role with Sofia Works, Stephen worked for PeopleSoft as a Technology Consultant and Solution Architect in Asia Pacific and Europe. Peers and clients alike have echoed his proven expertise across a wide range of architectures and tool sets, and he has worked in key roles during the design and implementation cycles of many high-profile projects.
In his role as Consulting Services Director for Sofia Works, Stephen has been responsible for delivering some of the highest profile implementations undertaken in EMEA. At the same time he has been responsible for building the reputation of Sofia Works as a leader in consulting for the UK and European markets.
Daniel Belwood is a former CRM and Supply chain solutions architect from the Silicon Valley. He has five years of experience creating software solutions for Oracle and PeopleSoft. Daniel joined Sofia Works in 2006 to build Europe’s first delivery lab for on demand technologies.
